The Bob Benson Memorial Bootstraps Lake House Celebration is our signature event of the year.

 

This special gathering brings together our scholarship and loan recipients, generous donors, board members, recipient families, and community members to celebrate the Class of 2026.

 

Bob Benson was a passionate and long-time supporter of Bootstraps, our mission, and the power of education. The Lake House Celebration was his favorite event, and he especially enjoyed meeting his new recipient each year. Although we lost Bob in April 2025, we are honored to carry forward his legacy and lasting impact on so many local students by dedicating this celebration in his name.
