CAREER TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS
AND INTEREST-FREE LOANS

Round 1 of the application is available year round, but we encourage students to apply no later than January 31, 2025.

Round 2 will open as soon as a qualifying student completes Round 1, and it will close February 15, 2025.

Not everyone needs a four-year degree to succeed. Many rewarding career paths focus on hands-on work. Instead of becoming a brain surgeon, you might prefer working as an MRI technician. Rather than designing buildings as an architect, you could enjoy drafting blueprints as a CAD drafter or installing water systems as a plumber. Maybe instead of being an environmental scientist, you’d rather work as an arborist, diagnosing and treating tree diseases.

These careers don’t require a four-year degree, but having some post-high school training—such as a certificate or an associate degree—can greatly enhance your opportunities. We offer scholarships and interest-free loans to help you pursue these Career Training programs.

Scholarship Opportunities

Many of our scholarships are broad and can be applied to a variety of Career Training programs, including precision machining, automotive technology, carpentry, bookkeeping, culinary arts, cinematography, cosmetology, and fire science.

We also offer scholarships for specific fields, such as the Lam Tree Service Scholarship for those pursuing arborist certification. Additionally, we provide several scholarships and loans dedicated to students entering the building trades.
