​Liam Smith is an Evergreen High School graduate who will be attending South Dakota School of Mines in the fall. He will major in geological engineering and has completed an executive internship in this field while attending high school.

Liam is a firearms instructor, master scuba diver, and a member of the National Honor Society. Liam says his love of geology comes from his experiences living in Evergreen.
